Description

This Project is design and built project, Based on the concept attached.
1- The villa is in Dubai hills, I live in it, i am connecting 2 bedrooms into one large master as per the design.
2- Contractor can Propose alternative materials or/and fittings that matches the design.
3- Contractor Can submit an estimated budget for the job; once selected, then can see visit the site and submit the final quotation.
4- All approvals, technical drawings are part of the contractor's job.
5- Loose furniture, artwork, curtains and accessories shall not be included in the quote.
6- Zoom call will be set up for all the submitting contractors to ask and clarify their questions in the middle of the contest.
7- The AC system is working perfectly, so contractor are only to revise the grills with the new ceiling.
