Luxury by the beach - The ADDRESS RESORT

I have a 3-bedroom luxurious apartment in JBR, an active and happening location in Dubai.

This wonderful apartment has amazing sea, beach, and Dubai eye views from the balcony and living room.

My apartment will be rented as a short-term rental (a holiday home).

1. Living room - Seating area sofa’s that fits 5-6 people, this can be C-shaped (i.e. 3+1+1) - Coffee table at the centre of the room - A TV unit with drawers - Dining table that fits 6 chairs (or 8 if possible) - Lighting above the dinning table can be hanging lamps or ceiling lamps - A large mirror besides the dining table wall - Sheer curtains on the balcony door - Paintings, show pieces, indoor plants- it doesn’t have to be all of these but only one of them - Rugs and carpet - Mood lights - The natural lighting from the balcony should not be blocked.

2. Balcony - A single outdoor seating sofa/couch which can fit 2 people - A small coffee table - A plant

3. Master bedroom - Large king size bed with 2 bedside tables with drawers - Armchair/ lounge sofa near the window - A large mirror - Small dressing table with drawers and a mirror, small pouf - Night/ hanging lamps to save space on the bedside - Rugs - Blackout curtains + sheer curtains

4. Bedroom 1 - 1 queen size double bed with 2 bedside tables which has drawers - Bedside hanging lamps - 1 large mirror - 1 small size dressing table with mirror and small pouf - Blackout curtains + sheer curtains - Rugs

5. Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds with 2 bedside tables with drawers - Bedside hanging lamps - 1 large mirror - 1 small TV unit table - Blackout +sheer curtains All the furniture should be durable and long-lasting. All furniture should be safe for kids i.e. no sharp edges around.

We wouldn’t want to crowd the apartment with furniture so please include the necessary elements only.

If we were to describe our vision in one statement, it would be: contemporary, luxurious, minimalist, Miami style loft style keeping in mind the unique location and views of the beach.

this should be a show stopper apartment.

No furniture list is required at this stage, only the winner will provide it after being selected
