luxury living in the Downtown

My apartment will be rented as a short term rental( a holiday home)  It is a one-bedroom apartment in a very luxurious tower in down town Dubai with a large corner terrace .

I require a design ( furniture selection and Mood board) that fits with the apartment finishes, views, and layout.

Rooms should be instagramable.

Living Room:

Seating area that fits at least 6 pax. L shape sofa with poofs.

Coffee table to be placed at the center of the room.

TV unit with drawers come in handy for hiding away clutter.

Dining table that fits at least 6 chairs.

Lighting above the dining room can be ceiling lamps.

Large mirror.

Paintings, rugs. Sheer curtain.

Master Bedroom:

Large mirror King size bed + two side tables + drawer consoles with one poof.

Two table lamps to be placed on the side table.

Blackout + Sheer curtains.

One armchair.

Paintings, Rug. Accessories.

Outdoor:

Lounging area

Small dining table and chairs

Accessories at Bathrooms & kitchen: I dont mind one artwork or accessory in these.

Requirements:

1- Mood board

2-Layout showing the furniture colored and to size.

3-Furniture selection.

After i select the winner : I require :

1- Updated floor plan with my final selection.

2- Full shipping list.
