This apartment is THE most unique apartment in the JBR area The one JBR, luxurious tower in Dubai.

If we were to describe our vision in one statement, it would be: contemporary, luxurious, minimalist , Miami penthouse.

You'll need to provide a variety of lighting solutions, such as indirect (recessed and torchiere floor lamps) and direct.

The cutting edge design should be highlighted in the choice of art, especially wall art.( you also may suggest a graffiti Art installation in one wall) Art is a big part of adding sophistication to our space. 

The terrace is remarkable: impressive size and jaw dropping beach view. The design should highlight this feature with creative ways to turn it into an outdoor sanctuary good enough for entertaining guests or for an afternoon watching the sunset.

The bedrooms should be elegantly comfortable, neutral colors and highlighted by the art pieces selected.

The dining table should be a 12 to 14 seater.

Required Submissions:

1. Conceptual look and feel Colored Floor Plan including furniture placement within the budget.
2. Mood Board for every room No furniture list is required at this stage, only the winner will provide it after being selected

2- Large, minimal, bright and comfy living with large dinning & maybe stools at the kitchen bar, ( i don't mind additinal bar), Siwng chair.

3- 2( bedr rooms ) King size bed. 

4-1( bed room) queen size bed.

5-1( bedroom) bouble bed. 

6- Maid room to include bunk bed for kids. 

7- The terrace is the key: large outdoor dinning, a place with 3-4 sunbeds. High stools for the sunset view.
