My family House

We want to build my family house next to my father villa, the architecture style should be talking to my father villa. The location of my villa should be inside the rectangle as per the Plot details attached.
We are looking for open spaces, that overlook the nice landscape & pool outside the house.
The villa size should be between (260-280 S.qm) total on 2 levels. Ground & first, I would welcome a terrace on the first floor and also maybe a terrace at the roof.
On the ground floor, we want a family room ( double hight is an option) with fireplace, entry, closed kitchen (with optional opening to dining or living), dining ( can be close to the family room, Maid room ( with small bath and laundry), guest bathroom, office/bedroom for guest.
At the first level, 1 Main master bedroom ( with bathroom and dressing room),1 Master room with bathroom, 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom & small family areas with a small pantry.
We would like to have the stair open to the living space or at the entrance. The design should be efficient, contemporary and space should be bright.
