My apartment will be rented as a short term rental on BNBME. It is a one-bedroom apartment facing the sea with a big terrace that overlooks this view.

I require a design that fits with the surrounding (beach and sand and sunsets) and that accommodates travelers.
Please see the inspiration that I like.
Rooms should be instagramable.

Budget : 30,000 AED 
Some of the inspirations to follow:
Pops of color in the living room (coral or blue with plants, I am open to any color palate). An option to consider is a brown leather plush sofa.
Accessories are very important to bring the space to life.

Living Room:
Seating area that fits at least 6 pax. L shape sofa with poofs.
Coffee table to be placed at the center of the room.
TV unit with four Soft close drawers come in handy for hiding away clutter.
Lighting above the seating area is needed. Mood lights are essential (hanging lamps).
Dining table that fits at least 6 chairs. Lighting above the dining room can be ceiling lamps.
Large mirror.
Paintings, rugs.
Sheer curtain.

Master Bedroom:
Large mirror
King size bed + two side tables + drawer consoles with one poof.
Two table lamps to be placed on the side table.
Blackout + Sheer curtains.
One armchair.
Paintings, Rug.

Outdoor:
Lounging area
Small dining table and chairs
Accessories

Bathrooms & kitchen:
only accessories & artwork ( subject to designers)
