Contemporary Suite in Dubai hills

What we are looking for is to remodel the highlighted area in the drawing (scope of work): 1- Remodel The 2 bedrooms into one grand master suite bedroom , which serves as a Grand master bedroom, with a large dressing room and large bathroom, and seating area. 2- In the small lobby i would like to place a small stair( round or straight) or a small elevator to access the roof for special events on the roof( the stair or elevator shall be light and it should open at the existing access to the roof, of course we may open the slab more if needed) Style and requirements : We are looking for a grand feeling while keeping a modern edge, contemporary and stylish, a smart revisiting of the space planning as well as a high end finishes and furniture. I don't mind if the layout is open Bed room: has to include the following: Sleeping area Dressing room Bathroom ( keep one of the W.C avaialble locations; so don't change the drain point) with shower, 2 basins, standalone bath or jacuzzi. Resting area with TV and good background for zoom calls. Little lobby: Access to roof ( stair or elevator) Nice seating corner. General: We are open for color suggestions but are mainly inclined towards neutral, contemporary, luxury and elegant colors. Flooring open to suggestions I am happy to change the Ceiling, Walls, partitions of the scope area as long as you work within the outside walls; and keep the W.C in the bathroom location. Natural light and views for me are very important, so in the space planning try to place all activities around light and don't block any window.
